Springboard for the Arts’ mission is to cultivate a vibrant arts community by connecting artists with the skills, contacts,
information and services they need to make a living and a life.
Springboard for the Arts was incorporated as an independent corporation in 1991 but has provided management and consulting
services to the arts community for more than 20 years. In this time Springboard for the Arts has become recognized as
a national model for professional development services to independent artists, small to midsized cultural organizations,
nonprofit arts managers, and job seekers in arts administration.
Springboard for the Arts is supported in part by earned income and in part by grants from
foundations, corporations, and individuals.
Springboard for the Arts is located in Lowertown, the arts and historic district of St. Paul, Minnesota.
We are near the intersection of Kellogg Boulevard and Broadway, just across the street from the St. Paul Farmer's Market.
