The Assister video series
“The Assister” is an educational video series that answers common questions about the new health insurance system and marketplace for Minnesotans. MNsure is the new online marketplace where individuals, families and small businesses in Minnesota can shop for and enroll in health insurance plans. “Assisters” are staff at places such as community organizations, hospitals and clinics that are trained by MNsure to provide information about the health insurance requirement and how to apply. If you have a question about your account or application status, contact MNsure at 1-855-3-MNSURE (1-855-366-7873). This series is created by Springboard for the Arts, in partnership with Minnesota’s arts community.
