Register online now!
Schedule and highlights:
The NVLA conference commences the afternoon of April 23rd (Wednesday) at Fredrikson & Byron Law Firm in Minneapolis with presentations directed to people who are interested in establishing a VLA presence in their state. At 4:00pm on Wednesday there will be a special session on Arts and Immigration Law, by Laura Danielson, a national expert in the field.
Thursday, all day, VLAs will check in with each other, share best practices, new ideas, and join in facilitated discussions related to client services and organizational development. We have a wonderful evening planned Thursday night: complimentary dinner at Spoonriver (a local favorite) and complimentary tickets to A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the new Guthrie Theatre on the Mississippi River.
Friday, we will be a part of the day long Art, Entertainment and Sports Law Institute at the MN CLE Conference Center, City Center, Minneapolis. Attendees of the NVLA Conference are invited to attend the CLE at a very reduced rate to earn CLE credit. Cost for NVLA attendees is $95 (normally $225). Friday night will feature a reception for NVLA and CLE attendees and transportation to the Saint Paul Art Crawl – a fabulous open studio tour in Springboard’s lowertown Saint Paul neighborhood.
