During this free in-person workshop, you’ll explore how your creativity can address community challenges and opportunities by:

• • Learning practical methods for community collaboration.
• • Discovering strategies to expand your artistic practice and income.
• • Connecting with like-minded artists committed to social impact.
• • Utilizing resources from Springboard’s A Handbook for Artists Working in Community.

 

This workshop is open to artists of all disciplines. Whether you already work in community or want to start, join us to learn more about how you can use your creativity to make a difference locally.

The workshop will be held in-person at Springboard for the Arts (262 University Ave W, Saint Paul, MN 55103). It will be facilitated by Springboard’s Community Development Director Ricardo Beaird and Community Organizer Sam Buffington. Snacks and refreshments will be provided!
