Providing $500 for short-term, rapid relief to artists facing unexpected expenses or loss of income due to personal/professional emergencies or natural disasters. The ERF application is designed to be straightforward, so that artists can access funds when they need it most. Monthly deadlines through June 2026. ERF is open to individuals who identify as artists and are active in creative practice, including current and past MRAC grantees. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, maintain a primary address in one of the seven metro area counties (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington).
