Springboard is committed to improving access to our programs and services for persons with Limited English Proficiency. If you need any assistance with this form or would prefer to submit this request via phone, please contact us.
NOTE: We need to receive this form at least 5 business days before your deadline. Use this form to let us know when you have a proposal in the works, and what materials you need from Springboard. Materials commonly required by a fiscal sponsor include proof of our tax exempt status and an agreement letter stating that we will manage funds on your project’s behalf.
If you are submitting this form with fewer than 5 business days notice, please be aware that Springboard must charge a rush fee of $75. Requests made fewer than 2 business days in advance may be declined.

At the link below, click “Create Account.” Fill out the form there, choosing a username and password. You’ll then receive two email confirmations: one to let you know your membership request has been processed, and a second from Andy to let you know it’s been approved. Equipment rentals will be approved for lending on a first come, first serve basis. Incubators will only be able to check out items in the AV Closet category (if you’re interested in the C/Arts, please email email@example.com). Once you select items and put them in your cart, you’ll be asked to sign a User Agreement before checking out.
Use this form to request tax-receipt thank you letters for your project’s donors. Donations of $250.00 or more are automatically acknowledged. You can also issue your own acknowledgements for donations of less that $250.00, using language available in your program manual.
The Incubator Handout Library
We hold monthly info/Q&A sessions for Incubator on the fourth Wednesday of every month at noon. For the foreseeable future, we'll be holding this meeting via Zoom. Let us know if you'd like to attend and we’ll send you info on how to connect. Members and non-members alike are welcome.
