Ramsey County has earmarked CARES Act funds for small businesses, with $1.5 million set aside specifically for "individuals contributing to the local creative economy". Eligible expenses for these funds are things like purchasing equipment to reopen/move business online, marketing, rent and facility expenses, and more.
