Twin Cities PBS (TPT), one of America’s premier public media organizations is seeking a CRM, Data & Analytics Manager. The CRM, Data & Analytics Manager will focus on leading operations of all components & initiatives related to CRM including operational support for Salesforce, ETL, process automation, data security & risk. Additionally, the CRM, Data & Analytics manager is responsible for managing the processes and people responsible for accurate data management, collection, & reporting. The CRM, Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional team in executing work against the strategic plan and goals of TPT, supporting the growth of giving and driving innovation.


Develop, maintain, and execute CRM strategies that align with TPT’s strategic plan
Plan, prioritize, develop, & execute CRM related projects
Identify opportunities to improve CRM operations, business, technology and risk processes
Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data and ensure others are following best practices
Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to company standards, and assist with reports and data extraction when needed
Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)
Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses
Lead CRM project initiatives, while maintaining operational balance and stability
Create, manage, and advocate for budgetary allocations to allow for technology/development costs and team growth
Coach and mentor CRM, Data & Analytics team
Manage all aspects related to vendors & third-party services

Qualifications or requirements


Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience
3-5 years of management experience
Salesforce administration experience
Redpoint or equivalent ETL Experience
Experience is creating SQL DBs
Experience with APIs and service integrations
Proven leadership skills and ability to lead others in defining requirements and identifying solutions
The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Available one weekend a month for on-call duties
Available for off-hour Emergency & Disruptive work needs
