Job description

The Installation Coordinator is responsible for executing the company’s goals and objectives using their knowledge, organization and communication skills to successfully manage the install of high-end fixtures produced by Process Displays. The Installation Coordinator demonstrates a commitment to the PD core values of integrity, passion, possibility and the ability to work at the speed of retail.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and approve invoices for vendor services
• Create Scope of Work documents detailing project requirements and expectations
• Assess situations, determine response and communicate efficiently and effectively
• Expedite sensitive information from field to client, vendor and coworkers
• Compile, communicate and distribute updates across multiple systems
• Maintains optimistic, confident relationships with client, internal departments and vendors
• Ensures assembly instructions, installation guides and POR’s are up to date
• Confirm completion of vendor services per SOW
• Responsible for reviewing site surveys for accuracy prior to presenting to client
• Verify accuracy of post-installation documentation for upload and posting

Qualifications or requirements


• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and complete projects per plan
• Strong decision-making, problem solving and time management skills
• Excellent coaching, facilitating and flexibility
• Ability to prioritize workload and coordinate work efforts
• Must have the ability to multitask and modify plans as requirements change
• Proven ability to organize information from multiple sources
• Aptitude in reading and understanding CAD drawings and floor layouts
• Excellent Excel and Mac based software skills (CAD preferred, but not required)
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment
• Intermediate knowledge of construction and assembly
• Readiness to travel, work off hours/night/weekends as needed
• Follows all safety and workplace policies

Minimum Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of construction management, architecture, or fixture project management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel and Acrobat
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation is a must

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting throughout the course of the work day
• Able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE) when required
• Travel, work overnights, weekends and extended hours
• Flexibility to travel between multiple PD locations
