We All Need Food and Water, a joyful nonprofit on a mission to tackle the climate crisis through storytelling, arts, and hands-on community engagement, is seeking new board members who bring positive energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for making a difference.

We’re not your typical environmental organization—we focus on hope, connection, and solutions. From puppet shows and community events to classroom programs and youth empowerment, we believe shifting culture is key to shifting outcomes.

We’re looking for people who:
✅ Are excited to be part of a creative and impactful team
✅ Care deeply about equity, the environment, and our collective future
✅ Want to help us grow our reach and amplify our joyful message

🎯 Bonus skills (but not required):

Fundraising or donor relations

Strategic planning or nonprofit governance

Marketing or communications

Legal, finance, or HR expertise

Arts, education, or climate science background
