This opportunity is for student/non-student artists as well as recent graduates from the past five years (Bachelors and Masters). In a post grad world, art opportunities can be difficult to find as well as extremely competitive. Lynaea Russom (she/they), a recent MCAD graduate has joined with Squirrel Haus Arts as a curator to give Early Career artists an opportunity to exhibit in their spacious gallery. There is no theme for this exhibition. Artists are encouraged to submit three of their strongest current works.

WORK ACCEPTED/INSTALLATION
This show is open to all mediums except for video work (Squirrel Haus Arts does not have any media devices), intricate installations, and performance (due to the short window of gallery time.) Work must be install ready, no work that will be suspended from the ceiling. There are a limited amount of pedestals/shelves available, so if one is needed for your piece, indicate so in the installation instructions. The curator will install the work the day following to intake.

Work will be curated to conform with the space. There is not a finite number of work we will accept as it depends on size/space needs. As a designer, Lynaea encourages likewise artists to submit their work, as Graphic Designers in shows are difficult to come by.

If accepted, you are required to drop off/pick up within the schedule below. A friend/family member can come in your place, but the gallery cannot hold onto your pieces for any amount of time following the 6th of April.
