Sales opportunity
Calling all artists on the autism spectrum: Autism Society of Minnesota (AuSM) is seeking submissions from autistic artists to feature on our website. If selected, prints of your artwork will be sold through AuSM’s Threadless Shop. AuSM will share proceeds with artists in a 50% split.
Combine your creativity with your generosity – and use your art to support your community.
AuSM’s NeurodivergArt initiative is an opportunity for autistic artists to gain exposure for their work by reaching a wider audience – all while using their time and talent to support others in the autism community. Along with showcasing their work, artists will have the option to also share thoughts on what inspires their creativity, and may also choose to share a personal bio while gaining followers via their social media accounts.
The deadline to submit art for consideration is March 8, 2024. AuSM will coordinate the selection process through an independent selection committee of local artists. You will be notified if your piece has been selected by April 1. Prints will be available through AuSM’s Threadless Shop through June 30. Artists will receive payment for their sales within 30 days.
NeurodivergArt’s selection and curation team is led by Shelia Nelson, AuSM’s Donation Coordinator, a lifelong artist who is autistic. The rest of NeurodivergArt’s selection committee is similarly comprised of artists throughout the community.
