Community Listening Session:
Tuesday, August 13, 5.30-7.30 pm
The Works Museum, 9740 Grand Avenue South, Bloomington, MN
The Works Museum’s mission is to inspire the next generation of innovators, engineers, and creative problem solvers. We’re collaborating with Process Curiosity, an exhibit design firm focused on play, curiosity, and inquiry, and believes that the best learning outcomes start with listening and exploring ideas to create experiences rooted in a sense of place.
This session will help us understand participants’ hopes, concerns, and ideas. We do not expect anyone to represent an entire group but to share personal experiences and viewpoints. These insights will guide our exhibit design, and we’ll reconnect for feedback at key milestones. The project culminates in May 2025 with the exhibit opening and a Community Celebration.
Attendees will receive a $50 gift card. If childcare is a barrier, let us know, and we will do our best to assist. Light refreshments will be provided.
Please consider and share this invitation and RSVP to emily@theworks.org or contact me with any questions.
