The Twin Cities has been under an immense amount of terror due to the Metro Surge and our current regime. As artists, we have an obligation to support our community with mutual aid efforts, stand up for our community with grassroots organizations, and create art highlighting stories and communities impacted.
We are opening a call for like-minded artists of all kinds who are against the surge and want to use their art to inspire and advocate different communities. This is a multi-arts, multi-cultural project in its early stages, and we welcome all forms of collaboration. This is unfortunately an unpaid position, but a low-stress, low-commitment role with flexibility. We are striving to build community and create meaningful, culturally sensitive, resistance art. All artists of all backgrounds are welcome to be a part of this project.
