With Us: Artists with Disabilities on Joy is a virtual discussion that will focus on strategies for cultivating joy in our practices and presentations of our artwork. Panelists include poets from Unrestricted Interest, a Twin Cities-based national organization devoted to neurodivergent listening, learning, and languaging. Anyone is welcome to attend, whether an artist with a disability, a person with a disability, a support person, or interested in the topic without a direct experience of disability, though the conversation will center the perspectives of disabled artists and presume familiarity with concepts of disability including social vs. medical models, basic etiquette relevant to disability, and other topics. 

Closed captioning and ASL interpretation will be provided. This event will not be recorded.

Event Format: Zoom Meeting. This event can be attended using a telephone and does not require videoconferencing equipment or an internet connection.
