You’ll get a behind-the-scenes view of their work, hear their stories, and learn about your creative neighbors! February’s gathering will showcase local artist Emily McCune, of Coquette Pâtisserie!

Featured Artist: Emily McCune (she/her)
Bio: Emily McCune is a pastry chef in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, and has combined her love and passion for locally-grown foods with her love of French pastry to open Fergus Falls’ first farm-to-table French pâtisserie.
Her travels to Europe in 2023/2024 inspired her to attend Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and bring a community-minded/-involved food business to fruition here at home. Emily graduated top of the President’s List in November, 2025, and will be opening her pâtisserie in the historic River Inn building in March, 2026.
After 5+ challenging years navigating the cannabis industry locally, Emily is eager for the career change and to breathe new life into her background in sustainable agriculture, offering something new and fresh in the community.
