Call for Artists – Taking Flight

Creative Flow Art Center is excited to announce a community art exhibition all about birds!

From the quiet charm of backyard sparrows to the bold sweep of eagles in flight, birds connect us to wonder, freedom, and imagination. For this show, we invite artists of all styles and experience levels to share their creative take on our feathered friends. Think nests, feathers, wings, migration, or simply the joy of spotting a bird on your morning walk.

This is a chance to celebrate the beauty of birds together through community creativity. Whether your work is playful, symbolic, or realistic—we’d love to see it.

This show is on display at Creative Flow Art Center from January 10th, 2026 through February 14th, 2026.

Timeline:

• Applications Open: Monday, October 27th.
• Applications Close: Thursday, December 4th at 11:59 pm.
• Artists Notified: by 11:59 on Friday, December 12th.
• Drop-Off: Tuesday, January 6 between 10:30 am – 7pm.
• Opening Reception: Thursday, January 15th from 6pm-8pm.
• Pick-up: Tuesday, February 17th
