Inver Hills Community College - Gallery 120
Call for Entries: Printmaking Exhibition
Gallery 120, Inver Hills Community College Inver Grove Heights, MN
Exhibition Dates
August 24 – September 18, 2026
Exhibition Overview
Due to a last-minute cancellation, Gallery 120 is coordinating a quick-turnaround group printmaking-based exhibition. This is an open call for printmaking in all its forms — traditional and experimental processes are equally welcome. Because of the accelerated schedule, we are prioritizing artists who have a ready body of work and who are flexible with the quick turnaround.
Gallery 120 operates as an extension for student learning opportunities at Inver Hills Community College, offering our students direct exposure to professional, working artists through their craft, background, and the themes they explore. Because of this, we want to display prints alongside their matrixes to give students the opportunity to see the process behind the image, not just the final piece. Seeing the block, plate, screen, or stone next to the finished print offers insight into the labor, decision-making, and technique involved in each work.
If possible, let us know whether your matrixes are available to bring along. We’re hoping to display select matrixes alongside the prints as part of the exhibition.
