The Creative Change Coalition is excited to welcome you to Saint Paul, Minnesota, for our first in-person gathering on October 9-11, 2025 at Springboard for the Arts.

The Gathering will be a mix of inspirational conversations with field leaders; practical skill-building and skill-sharing; and visioning and planning for the future of the Coalition and what we can accomplish together.

Our time together will kick off with a Keynote from Eric Liu, co-founder and CEO of Citizen University, which works to build a culture of powerful and responsible citizenship in the United States. The day will close with a cocktail hour where attendees and local guests can get to know one another in an informal, intimate setting.

Coming to Springboard’s Annual Fall Fest? There will be a shuttle from Courtyard St. Paul Downtown to Springboard at 11:30am. Lunch tickets will be provided upon your arrival to Springboard. Fall Fest runs Saturday, October 11th from Noon – 4pm. Stay as long as you like!
*Space will be available at Springboard to check your luggage if you plan to head home directly from Springboard.

Location
Breakfast and sessions on Saturday morning will take place at the Courtyard St. Paul Downtown located at 150 Smith Ave North, Saint Paul, Minnesota, 55102.
All other sessions will take place at Springboard for the Arts’ Saint Paul office located in the Frogtown/Rondo neighborhood at 262 University Ave W Saint Paul, MN 55103.

Getting Around
Transportation will be provided at the beginning and end of each day to/from Courtyard St. Paul Downtown.
Limited parking is available at Springboard for the Arts and the surrounding neighborhood. We highly encourage attendees to take advantage of the group shuttle offered between the Courtyard St. Paul Downtown & Springboard at the beginning and end of each day.
Parking and public parking garages are available near the hotel blocks. Driving to the Courtyard St. Paul Downtown? Recommended parking is located at 145 N Smith Ave Garage.
There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel blocks and Springboard. Check out some Saint Paul staff picks in the digital program.
Springboard is located off of the Green Line and near several bus lines, if you’re interested in public transportation options.
Several ride share services are available throughout Saint Paul, including Uber and Lyft
