Meet the Presenter

Presenter: Kenneth Kunkle (he/him)
Bio: Ken Kunkle is a trademark and copyright lawyer in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He was admitted to practice in 1996 after obtaining his law degree from Hamline University School of Law (Now Mitchell-Hamline) and immediately embarked as an entrepreneur starting his first firm. After a break working for others, including a stint working as the Product Manager for Intellectual Property products with what is now Thomson Reuters, in 2009 he established Kunkle Law PLC (AKA Kunkle Trademark and Legal) to provide dependable, prompt, and knowledgeable legal services focusing on trademark and copyright prosecution and licensing to small and medium-sized businesses. Before pursuing a legal career, he explored various creative fields. He worked as a stagehand, and audio technician and even had the opportunity to act on occasion. Additionally, he had the pleasure of designing synchronized pyrotechnic displays. Although he originally hails from Wichita, Kansas, he now resides in St. Paul with his wife, daughter, faithful dog, and two rambunctious cats.
