Description: Learn how to create a clear, effective professional résumé that highlights your skills, experience, and accomplishments. Designed for artists seeking employment opportunities, this workshop will help you develop a professional résumé that complements your artistic CV and résumé, and reflects the full range of your experience. Topics will include résumé structure, tailoring your materials to a specific opportunity, writing strong descriptions of your work, and presenting your skills with clarity and confidence.
Sessions: Two 90-minute workshop sessions will be offered. Select one, or if you have flexibility, select either. We will let you know which session to attend.
Resume workshop I: 12:00-1:30
Resume workshop II: 2:00-3:30
Registration: Space is limited to 20 artists per session. Advance registration is required, and spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. You will immediately receive an automated confirmation email.
Post Registration: Springboard staff will email participants with additional details, including an option to sign up for a 15 minute one-on-one résumé consultation between 1:30 and 4:30 pm, pending availability.

Bio: Anitra Budd is an experienced freelance editor, copywriter, consultant, and public speaker whose clients include Fortune 500 corporations, literary publishers, marketing agencies, universities, and local and national magazines. Over the course of her career, she’s presented workshops on publishing, editing, and organization for artists at a variety of venues. She holds BA and MA degrees from the University of Minnesota.
