Region 2 Arts Council provides grants of up to $500 to individual artists who have had a critical need relating to property damage due to natural disaster, healthcare, housing, equipment, or legal emergencies since June 1, 2025. Eligible geographies are Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods, and Mahnomen Counties; and the sovereign nations of White Earth, Red Lake and Leech Lake that extend into Becker, Cass, Itasca and Roseau Counties. Rolling applications open November 1, 2025 and reopen on February 1 and May 1, 2026.
