Rents start at $400, and we have a variety of sizes to rent, from 10 x 10′ and up. Access to commercial sink, large work tables, a garage door for large items, and high ceilings. No natural light except for the garage door in warmer temperatures. The space is industrial, so it’s perfect for a screen printer, or ceramicist, but also nice enough for textile arts, painting, sculpture, or photography. Possible access to woodworking tools and equipment, and industrial sewing machines.
