Call for Proposals: Downtown Minneapolis Storefront Activation

Mpls Spark is a brand new initiative (of Mpls Downtown Council) that invites entrepreneurs, artists, and creative teams to transform an empty storefront into a lively destination that will attract visitors and contribute much needed color and vitality to people’s downtown experience in the summer of 2026. We intend for this program to return in 2027.

We are currently accepting applications for a 3-month pop-up concept: Load in Mid-May, launch by June, deinstall prior to Labor Day.
