Zero Empty Spaces is coming to Downtown Minneapolis, and we are inviting local artists to preview a new creative studio space before it opens to the public!
Zero Empty Spaces activates vacant commercial spaces into working artist studios that benefit artists and the surrounding community. With over 33 locations activated across four states and more than 800 artists welcomed into the program, the model has helped artists gain stability, expand their practice, and be seen in places where art is not always expected.
This preview is designed for artists looking for more than just four walls. It is for creatives who want an affordable place to work, consistent access, and a built-in community that supports momentum, visibility, and growth.
Location – The Nicolette Mall, 815 Nicollet Avenue #100, Minneapolis, MN
Interested artists are invited to join for a preview on Saturday afternoon (3/7/2026) 1PM-2PM while we host an open house preview with Zero Empty Spaces team.
All spaces are $4/sqft including water & electric on a month to month basis. (Average space 96sqf = $384/mo)
