Dakota County Parks requests qualifications from artists to design and create a mural in a tunnel along the Veterans Memorial Greenway in Inver Grove Heights, MN. The mural seeks to recognize Veterans and how they have served around the world, in conflicts, peacekeeping, disaster response, and humanitarian missions.
