Looking to sublease part of my studio space to another artist.  Expansive, working space with brick and timber construction, 12.5 foot ceilings, sink, refrigerator, microwave, wi-fi and multiple options for display and layout.  Overall space is 1800 square foot- sublease for 1/2 of the space is $1500 per month with all utilities and wi-fi included.
