Description:
Inver Hills Community College Gallery 120 invites artists to submit their work for consideration for solo, two-person, and small group exhibitions for the 2025-2026 exhibition season. We encourage applications from artists of all backgrounds, styles, and media. Please follow the instructions below and email your materials to the gallery email address.

Submission Instructions:
Please email the following materials to gallery120@inverhills.edu with the subject line “Gallery 120 Submission”:
1. 6 samples of current work that reflect your artistic practice. These should be high-quality images (JPEG or PNG preferred).
2. Artist Statement: A brief statement about your work.
3. CV/Resume: Detailing your education, exhibition history, and any other relevant professional information.
4. Any other applicable information or links, such as your website or Instagram handle.

Important Details:
• Deadline to Apply: April 30, 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: By the week of May 12, 2025
• No submission fee

Installation and Exhibition Dates:
Artists will be contacted to coordinate exhibition install and deinstall. Please review the available exhibition dates below and indicate your preferred installation and exhibition timeframes in the email.

Exhibition Dates and Installation Windows:
• September 29 – October 24, 2025 (Install Week: September 22-26)
• January 12 – February 6, 2026 (Install Week: January 5-9)
• February 16 – March 6, 2026 (Install Week: February 9-13)
• March 16 – April 10, 2026 (Install Week: March 9-13, Spring Break)

Exhibition Guidelines:
• All work must be prepared for gallery display. Framing, mounting, and installation should be ready for professional exhibition standards.
• Specific installation requirements (e.g., special hanging instructions, unique display needs) should be noted upon submission.

Review Process:
All submissions will be reviewed by the art faculty at Inver Hills Community College. The review will be based on creativity, technical skill, and overall impact of the work in an academic setting.
