We are excited to host our 6th annual event on Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 10am-5pm. The event takes place under St. Louis Park’s beautiful Recreational Outdoor Center. Our event brings together 90+ artisans and thousands of visitors to support the local art scene and celebrate community. Live music, entertainment, hands-on art projects and food trucks create an engaging environment for all.

We are a community focused event, commiteed to breaking barriers for involvement. To support that mission, we have a limited number of scholarships available for emerging artists to cover the booth fee, if accepted into the event and there is a financial need. VENUE DETAILS:
St. Louis Park is nestled in between Minneapolis, Edina, Golden Valley and Hopkins. Our covered, Recreational Outdoor Center (ROC) is near bustling retail businesses, condos, bike paths and adjacent to Wolfe Park. There is customer parking in the main Rec Center parking lot and plenty of street parking for visitors and artists. The floor of the venue is concrete– all tents MUST have 40lb weights on each leg to meet safety requirements.

FEES:
Nonrefundable Application/Jury Fee: $25

10’x10’ Booth fee: $75 for St. Louis Park residents; $100 for all others

Jury in Progress – June 4-17, 2024
Artists Notified of Acceptance/Waitlist – June 24, 2024
Deadline to Purchase Booth- July 15, 2024
Deadline for Artist Cancellation – July 31, 2024 with 50% refund. No refunds for artist cancellations after August 1, 2024. If the event is canceled due to COVID-19, booth fees will be fully refunded. If the event is canceled due to inclement weather, the event will not be rescheduled and booth fees will not be refunded.
Booth Location and Artist Welcome Packets emailed – mid-August 2023
