The IDEA Fund has been created to support choral activity with inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) goals. ACDA-MN recognizes the complexity of these issues and how they intersect with our mission. The following three areas were identified as of particular importance to ACDA-MN, and to use these funds to support these objectives:

1. Removing barriers
2. Mentorship
3. Accessibility

Eligibility

Funds are available to individual ACDA-MN members, and non-ACDA members, schools, education-related choral organizations, and non-education related choral organizations.

Though not a requirement, individuals and organizations located in Minnesota will be given preference.

Proposed activity is not required to take place in Minnesota, but is strongly encouraged.

Startup/new programs
Existing programs
In-school/Outside of School Time (OST)
Community-based (non-school related)
Commissions
Scholarships
Capacity building for organizations
Other creative activity that involves group singing
