St. Nicholas’ Episcopal church in Richfield is looking for creative souls to help fill their spaces. We have several rooms that would be a perfect place for an artist looking for space to spread out and create.
Rooms range from 230 SF up to 1,400 SF.
Rent is negotiable. There is an artist already occupying a room and they worked out a deal where they would offer classes to the community for reduced rent. The congregation is very open and flexible. They are looking to create a community space as a long term vision for the neighborhood, so collaboration and creativity are welcomed.
